Tony Katheklakis - Director
Tony is one of the original founders of KDN Group, and has been with the company ever since.
George D Katheklakis - Director
George Katheklakis has a unique understanding of Australian property development. As an employee of Cox Rayner Architects in the late 1990s, George gained extensive architectural design, documentation, contract administration and site supervision experience as a registered Architect.
George has been involved with NDH Property Services since 1994 and after returning to Canberra from Brisbane in 2001 he became actively involved as an integral member in all aspects of project delivery for the group. He has been a member of KDN Group since its creation in 2004.
George is committed to Canberra and is keen to foster better outcomes for all stakeholders in what he considers to be a city with wonderful potential. George is actively involved in the Property Council of Australia, the leading advocate for the Australian property industry, and was elected as Vice President of the ACT Council in 2011. He is keenly interested in the future directions of the property industry locally, nationally and globally. George is also the Chairman of the Sustainable Development Committee of the PCA and is an active contributor to the property industry, openly providing expert advice at the University of Canberra School of Environmental Design and contributing to numerous industry debates and presentations.
George holds a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Environmental Design from the University of Canberra.
George A Katheklakis - Property Manager
George joined KDN Group in 2009 as the group's Property Manager. During the past 10 years George has worked in both private (NDH Group/commercial), and public (Housing ACT/residential) firms within the Canberra property industry.
George's main roles are managing tenants' needs on a day-to-day basis, monitor and report on building performance, facilities management, management and negotiation of leasing enquiries.
George holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication (Advertising/Marketing) and a Certificate IV in Project Management.
Nectaria Volis - Accounts and Office Manager
Nectaria joined the original NDH partnership in 1990, and has over 20 years experience of working within the commercial property management and development industry.
Nectaria's role is to oversee all financial aspects of the business and ensure the office is running effectively. Her knowledge extends from property management and leasing to accountancy.
Nectaria has an Advanced Diploma in Accountancy.
Debbie Morogiannis - Accounts
Alex McNair - Administrative Support
Alex joined the KDN team in early 2011 and has been a valuable member of KDN Group ever since.
His role includes creating monthly management reports, collaborating workorder requests, being a point of contact for tenants and assisting other staff members to ensure KDN Group runs smoothly and efficiently.
Alex plans to undertake a Bachelor of Commerce at the Australian National University in 2012 whilst continuing to work for KDN Group.
