1 Holwell Street has a set a benchmark for commercial buildings in the Tuggeranong area. The building features large, efficient floor plates of approximately 1400m2 with predominately A Grade services and finishes throughout. 1 Holwell Street boasts a double height entry foyer with an inter-floor staircase promoting use of stairs, rather than lifts. The building also has 25 000 litres of on-site water retention. It also has excellent accessibility to public transport, Lake Tuggeranong retail, bike and walking paths.

The Barrandi Centre - 16 Marcus Clarke Street Canberra City

Awards: Australian Institute of Architects (ACT Chapter) John Andrews Award for Commercial Architecture 2010

The Barrandi Centre was awarded a prestigious award honouring excellence in commercial architecture in the ACT. Sustainability was an important part of the project, with the building achieving a 5 Star Green Star rating. It is currently fully leased to GHD and the National Health and Medical Research Centre.

DLA Piper Building - 55 Wentworth Avenue Kingston

55 Wentworth Avenue is a commercial office space in the heart of Canberra's Inner South offering a modern, sophisticated environment, walking distance to shopping, cafés and Lake Burley Griffin. The space also features the first commercial installation by Canberra Glassworks.

The building also boasts inter-floor connecting stairs, a double height entry foyer with extended awning and a 70,000 litre (approx) storm water retention tank for re-use in the gardens surrounding the building.

Centraplaza - 15 Bowes Place Phillip

The six storey Centraplaza office building has created an exemplary standard of design. The building's plan depth and office fit out offers its occupants direct access to outlook and natural light.

Centraplaza demonstrates that, through well considered design, a high quality of built outcome and occupant environment can be achieved in response to budget and site limitations.
