History

KDN Group is a Canberra owned and based property investment, development and management group with over 40 years of experience. We design, develop, manage and maintain our own assets, so our tenants can get on with their business.

Jim and Tony Katheklakis entered the property industry over 40 years ago, beginning with residential developments and suburban-professional offices and shops.

The NDH Partnership between Jim Katheklakis, Tony Katheklakis and Euripides Sarris began in 1985 with the development of Swanson Plaza in Belconnen.

In 2003 KDN Group was formed after the completion of The Waterside Apartments in Belconnen.

The next generation is now managing the legacy formed by Jim and Tony and is advancing the business into the future.

KDN Group is a member of Master Builders Association (MBA) and through association with NDH Property Services, the Property Council of Australia ACT, Green Building Council Australia (GBCA) and Family Business Australia (FBA).
