Jim is the original founder of the business, having first migrated to Australia in 1952 at the age of 16.  After establishing various business enterprises in country NSW and the ACT, he started building residential homes and small commercial premises in the late 60’s and early 70’s with his brother Tony.  A partnership which has now endured over 50 years, the brothers grew together to develop significant projects in Canberra for both commercial and residential uses in the decades to follow.  Jim also sits on the KDN Group family board.

With community and cultural development at heart, Jim was a founding member in developing the Hellenic Club of Canberra in Woden; the treasurer for developing the Australian-Hellenic Memorial on ANZAC Parade, and has been previous president of AHEPA.

Never quite retired, Jim maintains a watchful presence over the KDN group and provides an invaluable sounding board to staff and family alike.
