Peter Taylor

Peter joined the KDN Group in mid-2016 as our senior property manager after being with LJ Hooker Commercial for 15 years.  He has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector, involving all aspects including property management, leasing, selling and facilities management.

Peter holds an Associate Diploma of Property Studies (Valuation), is a Licenced Real Estate Agent and is also an Accredited NABERS Assessor.

His main roles with KDN are to ensure that the property portfolio runs smoothly by liaising with our tenants, contractors and solicitors, handle the enquiries for new leases in the buildings and to identify and rectify and issues as soon as practicable. - He's just plain awesome.
