Formally known as Tobruk House and built for the Polish Club in the early 1980’s, 15 Moore Street has a rich history supporting public venues and restaurants. Once featuring a large ground floor stage and amphitheatre, the building was used to showcase Polish dancing performances and various other community group activities.

These days 15 Moore Street is a little more sophisticated, housing a mixture of government and commercial tenants and supporting the smart contemporary restaurant – Temporada.

These works include the incorporation of the current twin entry foyers into a single double height foyer, complete with dark granite and soft timber tones. Full height glazing will allow light to flood onto the foyer space, with ground and mezzanine spaces benefitting from the addition of new rear windows to capture the afternoon sun.

ANZ House is conveniently located on the inner west side of the city, only a short walk from the tram stop, city bus terminal and Jolimont station.
