We have been an important contributor to the Canberra property market since the 1960s—through property investment, development and management. We continue to play an active part in representing Industry and community through the Property Council of Australia and community organisations.

Our history

The foundations of KDN Group were formed in the 1960s by brothers Jim and Tony Katheklakis. They developed commercial and residential property in Canberra, with an enduring commitment to family and community, for 55 years.

Continuing the family tradition, KDN Group was established in 2004 by George D Katheklakis and Tony Katheklakis after the completion of The Waterside Apartments in Belconnen.

The vision for KDN Group remains strong, with the next generation of the KDN family furthering their founders legacy.

Unlike others, we are solely Canberra-owned and Canberra-based. We are locally based and operate to global standards. We want the best possible built environments for Canberrans by ensuring our developments are of the highest quality and design.

At heart, we’re Canberrans invested in our community. Our team has a national interest and understanding to complement our extensive local knowledge.

Our office is centrally located in Canberra’s CBD.
